Card size 5 1/4" x 7 1/2 “ (13.2 cm x 19 cm).

ENVELOPES

Envelope sizes meet Canada Post standards.

LOGO

Material supplied should be compatible with printer’s standards: high resolution format: (EPS or .AI) by e-mail at the following address: logo@pourledire.com

PROOF

A copy of the cards will be sent to you by fax for proofing.

CHANGE IN GREETINGS

A separate order form is required for the printing of each greeting.

CHANGE IN ILLUSTRATION

You may choose two illustrations or more provided that the wishes and card-opening direction are the same for the entire order. See note for special services.

PRINTING OF BOOKMARK

The printing on the back of your bookmark may consists of:

. One of the suggested messages on the order form

. The name of your company

. Your logo, if it already appears in your greeting card

In the same printing colour as the inside of your card.

PERSONAL MESSAGE FOR BOOKMARK

You may also print a personal message or the 2009 Calendar on the back of your bookmark. As long as it is the same printing colour as the inside of your card.

Charges of $20.

Should you wish to print a personal message, please fill out section J on the back of the order form.

ORDER FORM

Please use and sign a separate order form for each print.

Cancellation: Clients who cancel an order already being processed will be billed for any costs incurred, including labour, supplies and administrative fees.

Minimum quantity of 50 cards.

DELIVERY

Following approval of proof copy, please allow about fifteen (15) days for delivery.

SHIPPING AND DUTY (Except for Québec and Ontario)

Shipping, duty and brokerage charges, where applicable, are paid by the buyer.

CURRENCY

                  Prices quoted are listed in Canadian currency; the invoice will be prepared in the currency used on    the purchase order. Sales tax, where applicable, is not included.
